- Did your Adviser keep you informed about the value of your investment and made you aware of any losses before the end of the agreed investment timescale?

- Did your Adviser seem focused on selling you one particular financial product from a single provider e.g. St. James’s Place?
- Did the Adviser make you feel like your investment would be invested in a way that it wouldn’t lose money?
- Did your Adviser lead you to believe that your investment would make money and that it was guaranteed?
- Did your Adviser understand what you wanted to achieve when you took out your financial product?
- Did you feel that you were treated fairly and that your Adviser thoroughly knew your objectives?
- Were you asked about your previous investment experience and knowledge?
